Daisy beat the trap. Food was eaten and a few incriminating white hairs were left behind.
It’s good that we are able to lure her back into the garage each night. Now it’s just a matter of time.

We think Daisy came by and ate some food last night. So tonight we are going to set a trap. I rigged up a laundry basket, a ruler and some speaker wire. If she nudges the speaker wire the basket will fall…I also put a little trail of food into the trap. We will see what happens in the morning, stay tuned…

Sent a copy of the flyer to St. Charles Animal Control. They provide a cat trap loaner program. May give that a try, unfortunately they are closed until Tuesday. We are going to rig up a trap in our garage tonight using a laundry basket, food and string. It will be interesting to see how it works…
